My Twentysomething Life

I Do, Make, Read, Watch, Eat…

September

The Neighbor–Lisa Gardner
Another DD Warren novel.  I really enjoyed it.  I had no idea who to suspect!
Licking the Spoon–Candace Walsh
This book was not really what I expected and I didn’t really enjoy it.
Duty or Delight–Tammy Head
My small group did this as our bible study and really enjoyed it.
Not A Fan, Teen Edition–Kyle Idleman
I’m doing this for my teen sunday school class.  They haven’t finished it, but I really enjoyed it.  I had done the adult version and I thought this was a really good edition for teens.
The Book Thief–Markus Zusak
I really enjoyed this book.  The writing style is very unique and intriguing.
New York Debut–Melody Carlson
A carter house girls novel that was just as fun and enjoyable as the other ones.
City of Fallen Angels–Cassandra Clare
This series just keeps getting better and better!  I really enjoyed this book.
Live to Tell–Lisa Gardner
Another great suspenseful mystery in the D.D. Warren series.
The 5th Wave–Rick Yancy
A really interesting and intriguing book.
Spring Breakdown–Melody Carlson
These carter house girl books are quick fun reads that are just easy.
The Execution of Noa P. Singleton–Elizabeth Silver
This was a really good book.  I enjoyed the storytelling and the story in general.
Prodigy–Marie Lu
This was another good book in the Legend series.  It isn’t as great as some series I have read but it’s pretty good.
City of Lost Souls–Cassandra Clare
I love The Mortal Instruments Series!  Every book is great!  This one is no exception.
Fangirl–Rainbow Rowell
This book was a really fun and enjoyable read.  I recommend it.
The Monuments Men–Robert Edsel
This is unlike most books that I have read, but I found it very interesting and exciting to read.  I highly recommend this book.  And read it soon because the movie is coming out in December.
Love You More–Lisa Gardner
Another gem in the DD Warren Series.  Gardner writes great mysteries, and this one is no different.
The Engagements–Courtney Sullivan
This book was pretty good.  Not as good as some that I have been reading lately but still pretty good.
The Longest Ride–Nicholas Sparks
Mark this one down as one of my favorites from Nicholas Sparks.  I really loved it!
