My Twentysomething Life

I Do, Make, Read, Watch, Eat…

April

Sandwich, with a Side of Romance–Krista Phillips
I actually really loved this book.  I got it free on my Kindle, but I totally loved it.  And it actually had a lot of Christian content, which I enjoyed.  It was a non-cheesy Christian romance book, which you can’t find very often.
The Hound of Rowan–Henry Neff
This book was recommended to me on my goodreads.  I found it to be a interesting harry potter knock off.
The Perfect Husband–Lisa Gardner
This book was recommended to me on Goodreads and I really enjoyed it.  It is a really intense thriller.  It was awesome.
Red Letter Revolution–Shane Claiborne and Tony Campolo
This book was a written dialogue between Claiborne and Campolo about how to be Red Letter Christians.  It was very interesting.
Silver Linings Playbook–Matthew Quick
I love, love, loved this book!  I read it in one day and it was awesome!  I cannot wait to see the movie now.
Decisive–Chip and Dan Heath
This book was all about how to make decisions.  It was not my favorite Heath brothers book, but it was pretty good.
31 Days of Praise–Ruth Myers
I was using this to supplement my devotionals.  It was okay.  Not the best ever.
Enders Game–Orson Scott Card
I didn’t like this book in the beginning, but at the end I really enjoyed it.
Contagious–Jonah Berger
This book was awesome.  Highly recommend!
The Tiny Book of Tiny Stories Vol 1 and 2–Joseph Gordon Levitt
Just plain fun
Radical–David Platt
While I did not agree with everything that was said in this book, it was very thought provoking.
A Little Bit Wicked–Kristen Chenowith
A very interesting autobiography.  I learned a lot of things about her that I did not know.  Very entertaining to read.
